This plan is for new patients without insurance. They must be 21 or older for the discount and have a minimum value of $75. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, our membership plan, or coupons. Some cases may require additional fees. This is an offer for new patients and those who are responsible; it must be presented at the first visit; within 72 hours of responding to the offer; for an exam, treatment, or coupon.
25% Off Coupon for Patients with Insurance
The coupon can be used for the initial appointment, but it is subject to the office policy and general dental fees. It cannot be applied to orthodontic or referred treatments, ongoing treatments, or specialist services. Additionally, this discount cannot be combined with other discounts or dental programs such as our membership plan. If patients have insurance or are enrolled in our program, they will receive either the largest discount available (non-refundable and no credit balance) or a 25% discount according to office policy. This offer is valid until 7/31/23.
